Work Order Requests

This is for non-emergency repairs. If you have an emergency you should call (931) 645-2220. Repairs are handled on a first come basis. You will not receive a call back - your repair will be directed to a proper repair technician and they will contact you to set up an appointment to complete the repair. If you are not present at your scheduled time or fail to call back the technician, your repair will go to the bottom of the list and will be rescheduled at a later time. Please allow 2 business days for a repair technician to contact you to schedule an appointment to complete the work order request.
